Hi everyone! Welcome back! Happy New Years! Let's get right to it ---
NY's 56th governor, Andrew Cuomo, delivered his first "State of the State" address today. As expected, the main focus was the state of the economy.
The few worthy environmental issues included: creating green jobs; reducing pollution; furthering environmental justice; inviting the private market to participate in the "greening" of NY; and increasing the number of greenmarkets in NY's urban areas.
I wonder where he stands on hydro-fracking within the NY watershed...
